1. Is Harlow Bowl in anyway connected with First Bowl?
No. We are new owners who took a lease on the property after they went into liquidation.

2. What is your address?
32B Terminus Street Harlow Essex CM20 1EY. We are located next door to Liberties Nightclub and the bus station.  Please click on the map to find us.

3. Where can I park?
Either in the Water Gardens Car Park which is just behind Harlow Bowl on the map (next to Asda, Matalan and TK Max) or opposite is a large Multi storey NCP Car Park on Velizy Avenue.

4. What are your opening times?
Monday - Thursday 12:00 - Late
Friday 12:00 - Late
Saturday 10:00 - Late
Sunday 10:00 - Late

5. How do I book a lane?
The quickest way is to use our online booking system.

telephone us on 01279 418841.

6. How do I enquire about prices?

7. How many bowling lanes do you have?
Fourteen

8. Do you accept card as form of payment?
MasterCard, Visa, Maestro & Solo

9. When hiring lanes do shoes cost extra?
No. They are included in the price.

10. What are the shoes like?
We have just spent £4000 on brand new Bowling Shoes.

11. How long does a game of bowling usually last?
It is difficult to say but approximately 10 minutes per person, so if 6 people are playing in one game then allow an hour.

12. Do I still have to go upstairs to use the toilets?
No. There are brand new toilets within the bowl including disabled and baby changing facilities.

13. Will I have to walk upstairs to the Bowl?
No. We have 2 newly refurbished and modernized lifts.

14. Do you have air conditioning?
Yes. We have fitted a brand new air conditioning system.

15. Does your venue do food service?
Yes. Please see the food section on our website.

16. What other facilities do you have?
We have 3 English pool tables, a licensed bar, gaming machines and a dedicated Games area where you will find a number of Arcade type simulation machines.  

17. Does your venue cater for children's parties?
Yes. See Rates section.

18. I am hosting a corporate event; can you offer my group waitress service?
Yes, we have Lane Hosts throughout the venue for pre arranged parties.

19. Where is your closest cash point?
There are free cash points in the Town Centre and in the Water Gardens at the banks.

20. What is the age of a junior?
A junior is anyone aged under 16.

21. How many people can you fit on a lane?
For the ultimate experience we recommend 6 people per lane, but you can of course have a great time with just 2-3 people.

22. How many turns do I get?
Each game is made up of 10 frames with each player bowling twice per frame, unless you knock all the pins down with the first ball.

23. What discounts do you offer during the week?
All prices and discounts are listed under Rates. Please check the page out for special offers which come up from time to time.

24. What disabled facilities do you have?
We have designated Lane 1 for our disabled customers and customers have full access throughout the bowl. We have a DDA compliant lift and WC facilities.

25. How can I make a complaint?
